Specifications
Product Data
Clone Name NI 315 (HP 6206)
Application ELISA, IF, IP, WB
Recommended Dilution To identify the presence of IgG4 in Human serum, other body fluids, cell and tissue substrates and to determine its concentration in techniques as ELISA, indirect immunoperoxidase staining of cytoplasmic IgG4, and immunoblotting using a peroxidase labelled monoclonal antibody against FITC.
General Recommended Dilutions:
Histochemical Use: 1/10-1/50.
ELISA: from 1/200 upwards.
Western blot: from 1/400 upwards.
Reactivity Human
Antibody Host Mouse
Isotype IgG1
Clonality Monoclonal
Immunogen Highly purified monoclonal IgG4 isolated from Human serum.
Specificity The reactivity of the antiserum is restricted to a subclass specific determinant on the pFc part of the IgG4 molecule as tested in direct binding enzyme immunoassay, immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation and direct immunoperoxidase staining of cytoplasmic Ig.
The antibody does not react with any other component of the human immunoglobulin system or any other human plasma protein as tested. This antiserum has not been tested for cross-reactivity with other species.
Buffer PBS, pH 7.2 without preservatives and foreign proteins
Label: FITC
State: Lyophilized purified IgG fraction
Label: Fluorescein Isothiocyanate
Absorption emission: 492 nm / 515 nm
Molar radio: Fluorochrome/IgG ~1.5
Reconstitution Method Restore by adding 0.5 ml sterile distilled water
Concentration 0.4 mg/ml
Conjugation FITC
Storage Store lyophilized at 2-8°C for 6 months or at -20°C long term.
After reconstitution store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month
or (in aliquots) at -20°C long term.
If a slight precipitation occurs upon storage, this should be removed by centrifugation.
This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
