CDK5, Active Human Recombinant Protein (p35)

Recombinant full-length human CDK5 (59kD) and human p35 (60kD), both with N-terminal GST tags, were co-expressed in Sf9 cells using a baculovirus expression system. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
