This kit can be used to detect the amino acid in serum, plasma, urine, medicine, food, drinks and oral liquid.||The Total Amino Acid BioAssay™ Kit is suitable for use in the detection of total amino acid (T-AA) content in samples, such as animal tissue, urine, serum (plasma), whole blood and cultured cell, supernatant of cultured cell, etc.||Test Principle:|Cu2+ can react with all kinds of amino acids to form blue color complexes, and the shades of color is proportional with the content of total amino acid at certain wavelength.
