Pyruvate Dehydrogenase Alpha (PDHa) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit (Mouse) is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for the in vitro quantitative measurement of mouse PDHa in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.||Detection Range:|0.156-10 ng/ml||Sensitivity:|0.042 ng/ml||Storage and Stability:|Desiccation recommended. The Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and the 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20°C upon receipt. Store all other reagents at 4°C.
