In Vitro |
To prepare the pH PIPES buffer, 173 g of 1,4-piperazinediethanesulfonic acid are dissolved into 1 L of deionized water. The pH of the PIPES buffer is adjusted to 6.8 by adding pellets of sodium hydroxide. PIPES can be used to PIPES buffer, it can prevent the glutaraldehyde fixation induced lipid loss and artifacts[1]. MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only. |

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
