I6098-52BN is a control to approximate the amount of nonspecific binding of FITC conjugated mouse IgG2b monoclonal antibodies to human lymphocytes in a whole blood procedure with analysis by flow cytometry. It is suitable for use as negative isotype control for FC analysis using the primary antibody H6098-52A (anti-HLA Class 1 Antigen B27 (FITC) antibody). ||Applications:|Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Flow Cytometry: 1ug (10ul) per 100ul whole blood.|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||FITC/Protein Ratio: |6.0||Storage and Stability:|Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
